课题制实施存在的问题与对策

课题制实施以来在应对市场经济需求和适应国家科技体制改革方面起到重要作用,但也带来新的问题,课题制制定之初的制度预期未能完全实现,同时也暴露出已有制度安排中的一些缺陷。从课题制制度预期和实施成效出发,分析课题制在实施条件及范围、执行环节、经费管理和配套制度四个方面存在的主要问题,并针对这些问题提出完善课题制的措施和建议。  相似文献   

领导创造力期望如何引致越轨创新行为

深入研究越轨创新产生机制,构建以领导创造力期望为自变量、越轨创新行为为因变量、促进定向为中介变量、员工资质过高感为调节变量的研究框架,运用结构方程模型进行实证检验.结果 表明:领导创造力期望正向影响员工越轨创新行为,促进定向在其过程中起中介作用,当员工资质过高感处于较高水平时领导创造力期望对员工越轨创新行为的影响程度随之提高.得到管理启示如下:企业管理者应积极营造支持创新的组织氛围,在管理实践中给予员工支持和承诺,同时对员工资历要有充分了解,并注意在合理范围内控制员工自筹资源的能力以及加强企业内部管理.  相似文献   

我国职业篮球运动员的自我管理研究

摘要：目前,我国竞技篮球职业化经历了20多年,职业球员的管理仍然沿用传统的组织管理模式——集训制管理,尽管其优势明显,但其管理方法、手段与人本管理理念相悖,与篮球职业化进程不符。基于此,本文运用文献法、问卷法、访谈法、观察法以及数理统计法等对我国职业篮球运动员的自我管理问题进行研究。研究表明：我国职业篮球运动员的自我管理由职业生涯规划管理、目标管理、时间管理等九个要素构成;不同要素上职业球员的自我管理能力均存在着不足;影响我国职业篮球运动员实现自我管理以及球员自我管理能力不足的因素主要有组织管理因素、个体因素、社会环境因素、他人影响因素以及工作任务因素。提出职业篮球运动员的自我管理理论并进行了实证,能够在理论和实践上为我国竞技体育管理制度改革提供参考,为进一步完善我国运动员管理的理论体系做出贡献。  相似文献

The power of circulation: digital technologies and the online Chinese fans of Japanese TV drama

Focusing on the online Chinese fans of Japanese TV drama, this paper explores the way in which the fan subculture, in connection with digital technologies, has carved out alternative practices in the circulation, production and consumption of Japanese TV drama. As ‘minority audiences’ who are not targeted as the objects of capitalist interests, online Chinese fans invent spaces for Chinese transnational networking with self‐help and sharing, as a way of resisting the aloofness from marketing strategies of Japanese TV distributors in Asia. This case study reveals that the online Chinese fan clubs, the websites for downloads, pirated VCD markets, digital file conversion, and private VCD burning – all of these have linked endless networks for the digitalized circulation and consumption of Japanese TV drama. The online Chinese fans are guerrilla fighters in the politics of autonomy, network and low‐cost digital technology; they are attempting to break down time–space constraints and the official distribution hierarchy. Such fan practices shed light on the new trends of audio‐visual consumption via digitalization.  相似文献

本文提出一种结合网页分块与统计的方法来抽取新闻类网页中的正文。首先,在网页解析的基础上根据标签信息对网页进行分块处理,并计算出每一个内容块的实际长度;其次,在得到内容块的长度集合后,计算这些内容块长度的均值,同时利用方差能反映一组数据的波动大小的特性,按内容块长度降序排列并依次计算去掉最大内容块后的方差变化情况,寻找最有可能的正文内容块;最后随机选取了一些新闻网页进行测试,结果显示准确率可达96%,充分证明了该方法的有效性。  相似文献   

Self‐determination of young children with intellectual disability: understanding parents' perspectives

Self‐determination is considered to be a basic human right which, to develop, demands contextual opportunities as well as individual competencies. For people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, the family is the natural support environment in the task of increasing control over their own lives. There is little, however, that has been published in Spain on the needs and strengths of families in this regard. This article presents a study carried out in Spain on the knowledge, attitudes and strategies that a sample group of parents (N = 201) have regarding self‐determination. An analysis of the data gathered highlights the need for intervention proposals to prepare parents to further their children's self‐determination, through collaborative partnerships and through cognitive restructuring.  相似文献

Grounded in the interdisciplinary educational work of Cultural Studies, this paper examines the pedagogical potentials of narrative and performance for the teaching of writing as a mode of public discourse. Guided to address a wide readership, students engage in critical communication aimed at linking self inquiry and narrative discourse to the contextual analysis of the social. Drawing on research findings derived from the undergraduate teaching of cultural criticism as a genre of public writing at Lingnan University, Hong Kong, we look at how educational drama mediates the work of narrative and performative acts involving the young learner-writers and contributes to the shaping of a dialogic mode of address and communication, thus articulating the process and impact of writing to the public-oriented discourse in Cultural Studies education. In light of such acts in critical discourse and imagination targeted at the potential reader, we show how the young writers' own engagement with critical thinking and communication are opened up by drama-in-education adopted in the class, and argue how, in this sense, both writing and its learning process become effective stages in the making of the kind of cultural criticism we want to help students to learn.  相似文献
